As we all know, gardening tools refer to the tools used in gardens. However, metal gardening tools tend to rust easily.Then, what should we do to stop the gardening tools from rusting?
1.Keep Clean
After the daily work, hand gardening tools should be cleaned, such as removing dirt and debris and drying.
2.Store Properly
After finishing the garden work, the garden tools will be left unused. At the moment, we have to store the tools properly-cleaning, drying and covering anti-rust oil. It had better place the tools on the shelves specially designed for garden tools in case of multi-layer squeezing. What’s more, they should be stored in a dry place with good ventilation.
3.Protect Cutting Edge
It is worth specially protecting the cutting edge of gardening tools. Before storing, they should be totally immersed in oil and it had better be packed with wax paper. We should protect the tools from tilting and overlaping so as to prevent deforming.
