The common garden tools forging technology
People are tend to prefer the garden tools with shining appearance instead of its traditional look. While behind the shining, they experience several craft process. Normally, the forging technology can be divided into the hammer forging and die forging. And the garden tools mainly adopt the die forging.
According to the forging blank, there are two kinds type: cold hammering and hot forging. The cold hammering is the blank through the punch forming under the room temperature. The hot forging means that the blank is heated up to a certain temperature then through the punch forming. Generally speaking, the cold hammering is better than the hot forging.
